If you are purchasing and/or selling a property without the use of a realtor or attorney, Grant Abstract can help. We have everything you need in order to convey your property. Our office can assist the seller in ordering the necessary documents for closing and work with the buyer's mortgage company to make sure the process of selling or buying a home without representation is as easy as possible.
Document Preparation
If your seller or borrower will not be able to attend settlement we will prepare the Power of Attorney in accordance with the Pennsylvania requirements for closing. We can also meet with the client to have him or her sign and have their signatures notarized. Meeting with the client is an additional charge and varies depending on where and when we will be meeting.
Notary Services
If you or your client has a document that needs to be notarized, come on by! Call to let us know what is needed and we will try to coordinate the best time to have it notarized. This is a free service that we provide to all of our clients.
